SHIPPING

PROCESSING TIME
Your order will be processed and shipped within 3 business days after your order has been placed.

We review, verify, and approve every order. Discrepancies between billing and shipping information may cause delays. We may contact you so please provide a valid phone number and an email address for both billing and shipping.

If you are choosing Domestic Express shipping before 12:00 p.m. (noon PST), please contact us by phone; we may be able to ship out your item the same day.

WEEKENDS AND HOLIDAYS
We do not process shipments on the weekends or on the holidays.

CHANGES TO AN ORDER
Changes made to an order after it has been shipped out may incur shipping delays or additional fees.
 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
We are not processing international orders at the moment. We only ship within the U.S. and to confirmed addresses only.

DELIVERY TIME
Once shipped, most domestic orders can take 2-10 business days to arrive depending on the efficiency of your local postal service.

LOST/STOLEN/MISSING/DAMAGED PACKAGES
We are not responsible for lost/stolen/missing/damaged packages. If your package is missing, please file a missing package claim with your local post office/carrier. 

PACKAGE RETURNED TO SENDER
If your package is returned to us due to an insufficient address that you provided us with, you will be responsible for the additional shipping costs needed to resend your package. Please review and confirm your address before submitting your order.

In the event that you do not want your package to be sent out again, you will be charged a $5 restocking fee. This fee will be deducted from your total refunded amount. This restocking fee is in place due to costs associated with processing an order. Moreover, it helps us protect our business from shoppers who may try to take advantage of our products and policies.
