Returns and Exchanges
POLICY
You may return or exchange an item if a request has been made within 3 business days upon the receipt of your order. To place a request for a return or an exchange, please contact us at sales@shopxthevault.com. If more than 3 days have passed since the delivery of your order, we will not honor your request.
To be eligible for a return or an exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. The item must also be unused and in the same condition that you received it in. The tags must be attached, and the item must be in its original packaging which includes the accessories that came with it (ex: dustbags, removable straps, gift boxes, shopping bags, cards, booklets, etc).
Once your request has been approved, the item must be shipped out and returned to us within 3 business days.
Once your item has been received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm the receipt of your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or the rejection of your return.

EXCHANGES
We allow exchanges requested within 3 business days upon the receipt of your order. If you would like to exchange your item for something else, please contact us at sales@shopxthevault.com.
REFUNDS FOR RETURNS
If your return has been approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be applied to your credit card or to the original form of payment.
PARTIAL REFUNDS
There are certain situations where partial refunds may be issued:
* An item is not in its original condition, it is damaged, it is missing parts/accessories for reasons not due to our error, or the tags have been cut off.
* An item has been returned after 3 business days have passed upon the receipt of the approval of the request.
LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS
If you have not received your refund, please contact your credit card company or your bank as it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. There is often a processing time before a refund is posted, and the time varies depending on your bank.
RESTOCKING FEE
Please note that a 10% restocking fee will be deducted from the total refunded amount. This fee is in place due to costs associated with processing an order. Moreover, it helps us protect our business from shoppers who may try to take advantage of our products and policies.
SHIPPING
Please do not return or send your item back without prior approval. Furthermore, please do not send your item back to the manufacturer.
If you are shipping an item over $75, we recommend that you obtain a tracking number and shipping insurance. We do not take responsibility for lost or stolen packages.
